大家觉得JavaScript中能冒泡和不能冒泡的事件怎么理解？同样都是鼠标事件，为什么mouseleave/mouseenter不能冒泡，其他的（mouseup/mousedown/mousemove/mouseover/mouseout）都可以冒泡？focusin/focusout/input能冒泡，focus/blur不能？scroll能冒泡，rezise不能？
