举个例子：
小明今天在圈子“理财交流圈”、“代码人生”和“技术交流圈”这3个圈子各发布了一条沸点，那么明天只能在这3个之外的圈子发动态、以此类推。
💡这6个圈子不参与此次活动：树洞一下、掘金相亲、反馈建议、沸点福利、掘金官方、上班摸鱼。
