Activiti7内容比较多,我分成了几部分,具体的idea集成Activiti7流的配置请看上篇:SpringBoot继承Activiti7工作流引擎(一) - 掘金 (juejin.cn)
一、流程引擎与Service接口
首先我们先熟悉一下流程引擎API和Service接口
1. 流程引擎API
ProcessEngine processEngine = ProcessEngines.getDefaultProcessEngine();
这行代码默认是读取resource目录下的activiti.cfg.xml文件,这个文件本质上就是spring的配置文件,加载之后会读取配置文件中id名为processEngineConfiguration的bean,通过这个配置对象可以获取到流程引擎对象ProcessEngine
2. Service总览

- RepositoryService,是Activiti的资源管理接口,提供了管理和控制流程发布包和流程定义的操作。使用工作流建模工具设计的业务流程图需要使用此Service将流程定义文件的内容部署到计算机中。
- RuntimeService,是Activiti的流程运行管理接口,可以从这个接口中获取很多关于流程执行相关的信息。
- TaskService,是Activiti的任务管理接口,可以从这个接口中获取任务的信息。
- HistoryService,是Activiti的历史管理类,可以查询历史信息,执行流程时,引擎会包含很多数据(根据配置),比如流程实例启动时间,任务的参与者,完成任务的时间,每个流程实例的执行路径,等等。
- ManagementService,是Activiti的引擎管理接口,提供了对Activiti流程引擎的管理和维护功能,这些功能不在工作流驱动的应用程序中使用,主要用于Activiti系统的日常维护。
二、部署与启动流程实例
2.1 业务流程建模
2.1.1 绘制流程图
在resource目录下新建bpmn目录用于存放所有的流程文件 ,在bpmn目录下新建leave.bpmn,内容如下:
6.1.2 指定任务负责人
- 为每个任务结点指定负责人,如部门经理的审核人是李四。
2.1.3 生成png格式流程图
bpmn文件本质上是xml格式,我们打开看到的是图片格式是因为我们在IDEA中安装了actiBPM的插件.
如果我们把bpmn文件部署到Web环境,那么就只能看到xml信息,无法看到类似上面的图形了.
我们可以再部署之前,根据bpmn文件生成png文件,然后把bpmn和png文件同时部署到Web环境中.如果我们想查看流程图的话,我们就可以通过Activiti把这个png文件读取出来. 接下来我们把bpmn导出为png文件

leave.bpmn文件重命名为leave.xml文件 -
右键点击
leave.xml文件 -->Diagrams-->Show BPMN Designer...
- 点击导出按钮,保存在
resource/bpmn同级目录下
- 导出
png之后,把leave.xml更名为leave.bpmn
因为Activiti7会有25张表,为了表诉清楚,接下类有很多表SQL的语句,做好准备!!!
2.2 部署流程定义
- 使用RepositoryService部署流程定义

2.3 启动流程实例
- 流程定义部署在Activiti中之后就可以通过工作流管理业务流程了。
- 针对该流程,启动一个流程表示发起一个新的请假申请单,这就相当于Java类和Java对象的关系,类定义好之后需要new创建一个对象使用,当然,也可以new多个对象。
- 对于请假申请流程,张三发起一个请假申请单需要启动一个流程实例,李四发起一个请求申请单也需要启动一个流程实例。

2.4 任务查询
- 流程启动后,各个任务的负责人就可以查询自己当前需要处理的任务,查询出来的任务都是该用户的待办任务。

2.6 添加审批意见
- 在执行任务之前可以给该任务添加审批意见,会存储在历史表中,我们后续可以审批历史中查看到该意见
