Zerogg User Agreement
User Agreement
Please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “zerogg Agreement”) carefully before using this application (hereinafter referred to as “the App”). By installing, registering, logging in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please stop using the App immediately.
Scope and Effectiveness
This Agreement is a legally binding contract between the user and the operator of the App (hereinafter “the Operator”).
The Operator reserves the right to update this Agreement from time to time based on business needs or legal requirements. Updated versions will be displayed to users through reasonable means and will take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the updated Agreement.
User Rules
Users must comply with local laws and regulations when using the App and shall not engage in illegal activities or infringe upon the rights of others.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including safeguarding login credentials and managing authorized device access.
Users shall not:
Publish or transmit any illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content through the App; Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, attack, or otherwise interfere with the App; Transfer, sell, or commercially utilize the App or its services without written consent from the Operator. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its features when necessary and will notify users through reasonable means.
If a user violates applicable laws or this Agreement, the Operator may suspend or terminate the user’s access to the App.
Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property of the App (including but not limited to UI design, source code, text, images, icons, etc.) belong to the Operator or the rightful owners.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written authorization.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is.” The Operator does not guarantee its reliability, availability, accuracy, performance, or suitability for specific purposes.
The Operator shall not be held responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or damages caused by network issues, device failures, or force majeure.
The App may contain links or services provided by third parties. The Operator is not responsible for any actions between users and third-party providers.
Accounts and Data
Data generated by users while using the App will be managed jointly by the user and the Operator. Users may exercise data access and deletion rights as permitted by law.
If a user remains inactive for an extended period, the Operator may freeze or delete the account.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is located.
In the event of disputes, both parties shall attempt to resolve matters through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court of competent jurisdiction in the Operator’s location.
Miscellaneous If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. The Operator reserves the final right of interpretation permitted by law.
