User Agreement (Ornn App)

Welcome to Ornn (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
Before using the App, please read this User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Description
The App is a utility application that provides alarm reminders, holiday scheduling, and related features. Certain features may require a paid subscription.
2. User Obligations
When using the App, you agree:
- Not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
- Not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with the App
3. Subscription Services (VIP Membership)
The App offers auto-renewable subscription services (e.g., monthly, yearly plans):
3.1 Subscription Content
- Subscriptions unlock premium features (e.g., unlimited alarms, custom ringtones, premium themes)
- Pricing varies depending on the subscription plan
3.2 Payment
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
- Charges are applied immediately upon purchase
3.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Apple will charge your account within 24 hours prior to renewal
3.4 Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime via:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions - If not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle, the subscription will automatically renew
4. Lifetime Membership (If Applicable)
If you purchase a Lifetime Membership:
- It is a one-time payment (non-subscription)
- Valid during the supported lifecycle of the App
- No automatic renewal applies
5. Intellectual Property
All content of the App, including but not limited to UI design, icons, and code, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable laws.
Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
- The App provides reminder functions as a supportive tool and does not guarantee 100% accuracy or reliability
- The App is not responsible for failures caused by system limitations, user actions, or other uncontrollable factors
7. Service Changes and Termination
We may:
- Update or modify service content
- Suspend or terminate certain features
Users will be notified in advance of any major changes.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

一、服务说明

二、用户义务
您在使用本应用时承诺：
- 不得利用本应用从事违法违规行为
- 不得干扰或破坏应用正常运行
- 不得尝试反向工程、破解或篡改应用
三、订阅服务说明（VIP会员）
本应用提供自动续订订阅服务（如月会员、年会员等）：
1. 订阅内容
- 订阅后可解锁高级功能（无限闹钟使用、自定义铃声、多个皮肤解锁）
- 不同订阅周期对应不同价格
2. 付款
- 付款将通过您的 Apple ID 账户进行
- 付款在确认购买时立即扣除
3. 自动续订
- 订阅将在到期前24小时内自动续费
- Apple 会在续费前24小时内从您的账户扣费
4. 取消订阅
- 您可以随时在 iPhone「设置」→ Apple ID →「订阅」中取消
- 如未在当前周期结束前至少24小时取消，将自动续费
四、永久会员说明（如适用）
若您购买“永久会员”：
- 属于一次性付费（非订阅）
- 在应用支持周期内长期有效
- 不涉及自动续费
五、知识产权
本应用及其所有内容（包括但不限于界面设计、图标、代码等）均归开发者所有，受相关法律保护。
未经授权，任何人不得复制、修改或传播。
六、免责声明
- 本应用提供的提醒功能仅作为辅助工具，不保证100%准确或无误
- 因设备系统限制、用户操作或其他不可控因素导致的提醒失败，本应用不承担责任
七、服务变更与终止
我们可能会根据需要：
- 更新或调整服务内容
- 暂停或终止部分功能
如有重大变更，将提前通知用户。
八、法律适用
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。
