We are Delta Water Engineering NV., a subsidiary of Pollet Water Group from Belgium. Our business cooperation in China with Senwater Technology Shanghai Co.Ltd. had been formally terminated on 13th Jan. 2023.
As of 1st Jun. 2023, our patented completely new product line Hydro@home water treatment business of Delta now has been fully exclusively authorized to Stoner (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. for the future marketing and operation in the market of China.
“EURODLT 欧德塔” is not our authorized business partner in China, therefore, in order to protect the interest of relevant stakeholders, we sincerely encourage all market players, partners and sub-dealers to get in touch with Stoner as soon as possible to ensure you could successively use our intelligence property and sell our patented products and continually put on efforts together with Stoner to carry on our profitable and prosperous business relationship.
Up to now, we have also found that some enterprises and individuals have engaged in illegal acts of sale, copy and imitation of our products. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of all relevant stakeholders in China, our company has carried out relevant evidence collection and pre-lawsuit preparation together with legal agencies and will take necessary and active actions against relevant infringements to protect our legal rights and interests.

我们是比利时 PWG 集团旗下的 DELTA 水工程有限公司，我们与上海森乐净水技术（上海）有限公司的业务合作关系已于 2023 年 1 月 13 日正式终止。
自 2023 年 6 月 1 日起，DELTA 旗下全新且受专利保护的 Hydro@home 产品系列，现已独家授权给斯托纳（上海）智能科技有限公司负责未来中国市场的品牌营销与运营。
“EURODLT 欧德塔”不是我司在华授权的业务合作伙伴。因此，为了保障各个相关利益方的合法权益，我们非常诚挚的邀请中国市场的各位商家、合作伙伴和经销商能够及时与斯托纳（上海）智能科技有限公司联系并更新您现有的合作协议，进而确保您能够可以继续合法的使用我们相关的知识产权并继续销售受专利保护的产品，并期望与您和斯托纳（上海）智能科技有限公司共同努力，持续巩固我们彼此间富有成效的商业伙伴关系。
截至目前，我们也已发现一些企业及个人，从事了针对我司旗下产品仿制和伪造的不法行为，为了维护我们在华所有相关利益方的合法权益，我司已会同法务机构开展了相关的取证与诉前准备工作，并必将针对相关侵权行为采取必要且积极的法律行动，以维护我们的法律权益。
二、关于市场混淆品牌的郑重提醒
近期，市场上出现“欧德塔”“蒂尔塔”等与德尔塔品牌名称或产品外观近似的品牌。在此郑重提醒广大消费者：上述品牌与欧洲德尔塔（Delta Water Engineering）毫无任何关联。DELTA德尔塔在中国市场的唯一授权总代理商为斯托纳（上海）智能科技有限公司（即STONER斯托纳）。请广大消费者、经销商及合作伙伴以DELTA德尔塔官方发布的信息为准，切勿轻信来源不明的网络内容。
三、德尔塔与其他品牌不存在任何关联
德尔塔水工程公司（Delta Water Engineering）总部位于比利时安特卫普，隶属于欧洲波莱特水处理集团（PWG），是PWG集团旗下唯一专注于无电水处理技术的品牌。欧洲德尔塔DELTA是无电水处理技术的发明者，拥有核心发明专利（中国专利号：ZL200580043834.X），产品销往全球130多个国家和地区，在欧洲、北美及中国市场享有较高的专业声誉。
欧洲德尔塔与其他任何品牌不存在技术同源、同厂生产、姊妹品牌等任何形式的关联。凡有相关产品或品牌以上述名义进行宣传、暗示与DELTA德尔塔存在关联的，均属虚假宣传，其售后服务将无法得到任何保障，请广大消费者务必警惕。
四、德尔塔已启动法律维权程序
针对上述品牌的虚假宣传及不正当竞争行为，DELTA德尔塔已委托专业律师团队开展证据固定及法律论证工作，并保留依法追究其法律责任的一切权利。我们将坚决捍卫DELTA德尔塔品牌的合法权益，也请广大合作伙伴共同监督，如发现相关侵权行为，欢迎及时向我司举报。
