AppShortcutsProvider背景色设置

static let shortcutTileColor = ShortcutTileColor.navy

这个是默认色，去Assets.xcassets里面新增（ShortcutsBackground1 、 ShortcutsBackground2 和 ShortcutsForeground）两个背景色，一个前景色，然后往plist里面写入数据

最后把shortcutTileColor的颜色随便改一下。
