electron-builder 的时，会提示 Get https://github.com/…… 资源下载失败

亲测有效！！！

手动下载依赖：

1、从错误信息中找到具体 URL（如 github.com/electron/el… 2、手动下载该文件 3、放入对应缓存目录：

* Windows: C:\Users\<用户名>\AppData\Local\electron\Cache
* Mac: ~/Library/Caches/electron/
* Linux: ~/.cache/electron/
