用 Rust 重写了一个 Trae Agent

参考 Trae Agent ，用 Rust 重写了一版。

并做了一点优化：

• 简化了繁琐的配置过程。
• UI 直接参考 Claude Code ，现在 Trae Agent 这个 UI 又卡又丑。
• 优化架构，Agent Core 和 渲染层解耦。
