4. 高响应比优先调度算法（HRRN, Highest Response Ratio Next）：
   • 工作原理：可以适用于作业调度、进程调度；高响应比优先调度算法综合考虑了进程（作业）的等待时间和运行时间来调度进程，响应比 = (等待时间 + 运行时间) / 运行时间；随着进程的等待时间增加，该进程的优先级就会变高，更容易被调度。
   • 适用情景：适合批处理系统，任务执行时间差异较大的场景，兼顾等待时间和运行时间。
   • 优点：兼顾公平性和效率，减少平均等待时间。
   • 缺点：需要计算响应比，开销较大。

   • FUNCTIONAL PRINCIPLES : This algorithm is applicable to both job scheduling and process scheduling; HRRN comprehensively considers a process (or job)'s waiting time and running time to schedule it, and there is a concept called Response Ratio which equals to waiting time plus running time and then dividing running time; The process's priority upgrades as its waiting time increases so it is easier to be scheduled.
   • APPLICABLE SCENARIOS : It is suitable for batch processing systems where task execution times do vary significantly. It takes into account both waiting time and running time.
   • ADVANTAGES : It takes into account both fairness and efficiency and decreases average waiting time.
   • DISADVANTAGES : It requires calculation of response ratio, leading to a relatively high overhead.
