localhost永久重定向到https

如果你使用的是Chrome浏览器，你可以尝试在地址栏输入chrome://net-internals/#hsts，然后在Delete domain栏中输入localhost，点击Delete按钮。这可以清除Chrome对localhost的HSTS设置。
