问题

dialing registry-1.docker.io:443 container via direct connection because has no HTTPS proxy: connecting to registry-1.docker.io:443: dial tcp 128.121.146.228:443: connect: operation timed out

解法

更新daemon.json

mac更新：~/.docker/daemon.json，然后重启docker desktop

增加
