报错信息为：
ImportError: urllib3 v2.0 only supports OpenSSL 1.1.1+, currently the 'ssl' module is compiled with 'OpenSSL 1.1.0i 14 Aug 2018'. See: https://github.com/urllib3/urllib3/issues/2168
报错原因：
urllib3与OpenSSL不兼容问题，上网找了多种方式，发现安装了另一个版本就好了。
在终端输入pip install urllib3==1.26.15就好。
安装新版本时另一个报错信息
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement urllib3==1.26.15 (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for urllib3==1.26.15
报错原因：找不到满足需求的版本，发现别人都能成功
解决办法：发现自己挂了梯子，关掉代理就好了。
最后成功安装：Successfully installed urllib3-1.26.15。
