Windows端口占用

- netstat -aon|findstr "端口号"  查询fid
- tasklist|findstr "pid"         查看这个端口被哪个程序占用
- taskkill /T /F /PID "pid"      强制（/F参数）杀死 pid 为 "pid"的所有进程包括子进程（/T参数)
