功能:
- ① 图片缩放/无缩放输出;
- ② 输出图片的格式有两种:文件所在目录 + 文件二进制流;
- ③ 转换图片格式(gif, png, jpg);
- ④ 旋转图片;(正数:顺时针,负数:逆时针)
- ⑤ 按照坐标裁剪图片;
- ⑥ 对图片进行水印;
