方案一：手动安装 libgdal 1.10
- 下载并安装 libgdal 1.10 源代码：
wget https://download.osgeo.org/gdal/1.10.0/gdal-1.10.0.tar.gz
tar -xvzf gdal-1.10.0.tar.gz
cd gdal-1.10.0
- 配置并编译 libgdal 源代码：
./configure --with-python
make
make install
- 安装 GDAL Python 绑定：
pip install GDAL
方案二：下载旧版本的 Python GDAL 绑定
- 访问 Python Cheeseshop（PyPi）：pypi.org/project/GDA…
- 下载较旧版本的 GDAL Python 绑定（例如 1.9.0）：
pip download GDAL==1.9.0
- 安装下载的 GDAL Python 绑定：
pip install GDAL-1.9.0.tar.gz
