install openssl failure and solution

1.download source
www.openssl.org/source/

select openssl-3.2.1.tar.gz

2.install openssl from source
3.test install ,there is some error.

4.search web ,its perhaps there is two version openssl installed in system. So, replace so file with new version.

5.replace it,and correct.

6. ok!
