一、安装
官方建议要先装pypiwin32，选择合适版本就行。
python环境是3.6，这是win10中可用的地址：pypi.org/project/pyt…
最新版本的pyttsx3是2.90，pypi.org/project/pyt…90
安装后会报错，
Collecting comtypes; platform_system == "Windows" (from pyttsx3==2.90) Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement comtypes; platform_system == "Windows" (from pyttsx3==2.90) (from versions: ) No matching distribution found for comtypes; platform_system == "Windows" (from pyttsx3==2.90)
所以选了旧一点的版本，
