在Ubuntu操作系统中，apt 是 Advanced Package Tool（高级软件包工具）的缩写，它是用于管理软件包的命令行工具。apt 可以帮助您搜索、安装、更新和卸载软件包，以及管理软件包仓库。它是Ubuntu中常用的软件包管理工具之一。 用人话翻译一下,就是以ubuntu为代表的debian系的软件包管理工具,比如在ubuntu下想安装python,只需要apt install python一句命令即可完成安装,而在win系统下,需要去官网下载,操作失误还需要自己额外配置环境,所以scoop的便捷性就体现出来了,在win下,只要安装配置好了scoop,只需要打开powershell,一句apt install python即可完成安装
