一个能够使人们处理复杂问题、并同时保证高效地、有创意地交付最高价值产品的框架。

三大支柱(Three Pillars)

Scrum 框架用迭代的方式对目标进行增量式的管理。Scrum 也是由经验主义(Empiricism) 发展来的,现在做的决定不是根据最开始的预测得来的,而是基于之前的经验总结出来的。

经验主义的三个支柱:

  • 透明性(Transparency) - 将工作中最重要的方面展示给对结果负责的人
  • 检查与分析(Inspection) - 及时对每一个冲刺结果进行检查并找出不利的变量
  • 适应与调整(Adaptation) - 调整项目、产品、流程来最小化在未来可能出现的偏差和问题

三个支柱是有先后顺序的,任何一个环节出了偏差都会影响后面的环节。有了透明性才能有检查与分析;有了检查与分析以后才能有适应与调整

五个价值(Five Values)

  1. Commitment - means personally committing to achieving the goals of the Scrum Team.
  2. Courage - means being willing to do the right thing and work through tough problems.
  3. Focus - means concentrating on the necessary work within the Sprint, and the overall goals of the Scrum Team.
  4. Openness - refers to the team’s willingness to share their challenges that come with performing the work.
  5. Respect - is when the team shows consideration for the opinions, skills, and independence of their teammates.
