该问题的原因：你的项目和pub库缓存的目录不再同一个盘符上。所以你要门把你的项目放到pub 缓存的同一目录，要么更改 flutter 库的缓存路径，通过设置PUB_CACHE 设置环境变量，更改路径地址为你项目的盘符，
就能解决该问题
