.解压压缩包
2.把整个解压过的文件放到D:/根目录上（就是直接放进去，不要加文件夹）
3.以管理员身份打开系统cmd
4.输入以下代码：
D:\fastgithub_win-x64\FastGithub.exe start #启动fast GitHub
D:\fastgithub_win-x64\FastGithub.exe stop #停止fast GitHub 然后打开文件夹，运行FastGithub.UI.exe即可
