Why do you want to work for us

    • I am seeking long term employment here and your online customer reviews speak for themselves. This is a place I believe I can do great work for a company that I will learn a lot here.

    • I want to work for you because I'm creative and I will be encouraged to put forward ideas that will help the business grow.

Reason for leave

  • The reason for resignation is the adjustment of organizational structure.

  • Not long after I arrived at the company, the backend I was working with resigned. After a while, the leader resigned, and soon the team leader also resigned. To be honest, I don't really like such frequent personnel transfers. I hope to stay at a company for a longer time.

How to deal with conflict with a coworker

I would deal with conflict with a coworker by first of all assessing my own words and actions. Have I said or done anything to contribute to the conflict? I would then speak to my co-worker in private to find out how they felt about the conflict. I would talk to them openly and honestly to find an amicable way forward. Most people, I believe, would inform their manager about the conflict, but I wouldn't do that. I believe it would be my duty to resolve the conflict as a mature and professional employee.

Tell me what's your biggest weakness?

  • My biggest weakness is that I don't react quickly enough. I usually give my opinion after repeated measurements. The advantage is that the summary is relatively comprehensive. The downside is that you don't think as quickly and well as others do. I used to envy others a bit. Gradually, well, I accept myself now.

    • My biggest weakness is the fact that I find it quite hard letting go of projects. When I have finished the project. I keep going back to it to see what improvements can be made. However, I understand this isn't particularly helpful because it then holds me up for starting the next project. Having said that, I am very mindful of my weakness. And I am taking positive steps to improve by learning to let go of a project and move onto the next one.

How do you prioritize your work?

  • I prioritize my work based on the needs of the company I'm working for. I start off by drawing up a list of tasks that I am responsible for. I then color code them in order of priority. So red tasks need my immediate and urgent attention. Yellow tasks come next and then green talks can be left for when I have more time available. Finally I prioritized my work by making sure there is flexibility in my working day so that I can respond to urgent requests for my manager.

Every stressful or challenging situation, I believe, is an opportunity for me to learn grow and develop. So working under stress or pressure is never a problem for me.
