最后，当你收到apple的邮件通知你审核通过了。去开发者中心修改family-controls的一个独立开关，否则，权限仍是不生效的。
切记，如果你工程里有多个extention，则需要把每个extention的上图的地方都进行选中，否则上传ipa的时候会报错 doesn't include the com.apple.developer.family-controls entitlement。为了这个，我找apple那边沟通了2天，最后终于发现了。至此，这个流程完毕。
