window环境下关于pnpm安装报错EPERM: operation not permitted, unlink xxx...

试了网上的不少办法如在powershell设置set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned，都无法解决，最后尝试给pnpm-store文件夹设置Users权限，如下图红色位置，再次安装依赖，成功，不再报错
