“MES助力智能制造过程控制:MES管理生产订单的整个生产流程,通过对生产过程的所有突发事件实时监控,自动纠正生产过程中的错误或提供决策支持,以实现生产调度要求;在出现异常或与生产计划偏离太大时,及时反馈相关人员使其采取相应的措施。任务派工:MES在生产计划完成后,自动生成任务派工单,根据生产设备实际加工能力的变化,制定并优化生产的具体过程及各设备的详细操作顺序

数据集成方案配置
数据集成平台对应的配置四化智造MES（WEB）与金蝶云星空的对接只要三步就能完成两个系统之间的数据对接。第一步根据四化智造MES（WEB）的接口参数要求记录在轻易云集成平台。第二步配置四化智造MES（WEB）与金蝶云星空之间的字段对应关系（更多方案可借鉴轻易云数据集成社区论坛中找到相关方案信息）第三步完成方案的检查参数设置：传递时间、重试次数、是否启动、前置条件等上线运行。
