好久没写iOS项目了，今天升级了一下Xcode，新建了一个项目，和往常一样编辑Podfile，然后 pod install，直接就pod不成功了：

找了下有没有同僚遇到此问题，果然还是有的，按照下面命令操作一下可以解决
gem install cocoapods --pre --user
