向 Apple 申请开发 Network Extension 权限
项目组产品提了一个需求，有一项功能是去连接车辆的WIFI获取车辆的数据，故需要获取WIFI的列表以判断是否有车辆的WIFI存在。 我发邮件给官方了，但是还是没有收到反馈，估计这条路是走不通了。
申请方法
可以直接在developer.apple.com/contact/net…申请。或者可以写邮件给 networkextension@apple.com ，问苹果要开发 Network Extension 的权限。 苹果收到邮件后会自动回复邮件，在 developer.apple.com/contact/net… 里面填写申请表格。
