CSS样式重置

• 新创建的项目需要重置一下样式，本文包含一些常用的不常用的样式代码，放在rest.css文件中，简单易懂每次都敲一遍也没什么必要，直接从这里取就行，按需删减，操作简便，非常的人性化。
