问题产生原因:
因为谷歌翻译停止在国内的运营
Windows 解决方案:
在 C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 中的 hosts 文件的末尾，
添加谷歌翻译API的域名解析到能正常访问的IP地址。
示例：
