1、安装MultiQC

配置python2.7环境：

conda create --name python2 python=2.7 -c https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/ -y

并进入

conda activate python2

安装MultiQC

conda install multiqc -c https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda

完成安装

2、下载SRA文件

解压

fastq-dump --gzip --split-files 
fastq-dump --gzip --split-files

3、用fastqc进行数据质量评价：

生成了两个文件，1个html报告和1个multiqc_data的文件夹，前者直接网页打开就可以查看，后者包含一些数据基本的统计信息和日志文档:
