通过修改hosts重定向至国内服务器
步骤
1. 查找可用IP
比如使用 ping.chinaz.com 工具，ping检测 translate.google.cn 的 IP ，查看可用IP。
2. 选择IP
综合挑选响应时间最小，同时物理距离最近，服务器是国内的IP。
（可以使用终端ping一下挑选的IP，查看响应时间）
3. 修改 Hosts
打开系统host文件，将 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx translate.googleapis.com 加入到文件中
- Windows 系统：
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts\ - Mac 系统：
/etc/hosts
你也可以通过 SwitchHost 图形化工具，来修改 host
