springboot集成Admin「告警通知」

Spring Boot Admin 将 Spring Boot Actuator 提供的信息化页面可视化展示，并且可以通过邮件、微信、钉钉等发送告警信息。

一、服务端搭建

搭建方式参考：springboot集成Admin「服务端」

基础服务端搭建完成后，只需增加继承 AbstractStatusChangeNotifier 实现代码。

二、告警通知 AdminNotifier Code
