大致内容就是
上次成功发送到服务器的数据包是0毫秒前。驱动程序尚未从服务器收到任何数据包。
翻译过来后，以为是防火墙没关闭，索性关闭windows和linux的防火墙，再试一次还是没有什么效果。
于是仔细看看下面的报错
Caused by: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate)
内容是：没有合适的协议（协议被禁用或密码套件不合适）
按照思路来说，应该是ssl的问题，自己应该按照这个思路改的，结果看了一下灰信网的一个日志
还以为是mysql时长的问题。。。自己把路走歪了要命哦。
自己又用本地的mysql做了一下测试，是正常的。可以获取到数据，可见就是这个ssl的问题了。于是从网上查询了一下，在配置后面加一个?useSSL=false就行。后来试了一下，果真是如此。
具体配置方式是这样的
在mysql连接字符串url中加入ssl=true或者false即可
url: jdbc:mysql://192.168.188.128:3307/dongyimaidb?useSSL=false
MySQL在高版本需要指明是否进行SSL连接。
SSL协议提供服务主要：
1）认证用户服务器，确保数据发送到正确的服务器；
2）加密数据，防止数据传输途中被窃取使用；
3）维护数据完整性，验证数据在传输过程中是否丢失；
当前支持SSL协议两层：
SSL记录协议（SSL Record Protocol）：建立靠传输协议（TCP）高层协议提供数据封装、压缩、加密等基本功能支持
SSL握手协议（SSL Handshake Protocol）：建立SSL记录协议用于实际数据传输始前通讯双进行身份认证、协商加密算法、 交换加密密钥等。
