找到 eclipse 安装目录里的 ：

plugins --> org.eclipse.ui.themes_1.2.1300.v20210108-1832 --> css --> e4_basestyle.css

org.eclipse.ui.themes_1.2.1300.v20210108-1832，不同的 eclipse 版本号可能不同。抓住这个看 themes

再把这些代码添加到最后面，重新启动 eclipse 即可
