Action Workflow

创建路径：仓库根目录 - Actions - setup a workflow yourself - .github/workflows/行为名称.yml。
Action
action即行为，由多个步骤组成。action可以作为独立的模块，发布到github市场，并可以在市场中搜索需要的action。
