2022 流行的vscode护眼主题

最近由于用眼过度，于是乎想去找一款有益于眼睛的 vscode 主题，上网查了一下大部分用的是 Atom One Light 插件。 由于之前一直用暗色系主题的，现在一半白色主题一半护眼主题很不适应，于是想全换成护眼主题， 不多废话了直接贴图和代码。
