显示时间主要是定时器，每25毫秒获取一次。
2.2 隐藏标题栏
flags: Qt.FramelessWindowHint | Qt.Window隐藏标题栏就这一句代码，注意后面的Qt.Window，这个是让程序在隐藏标题栏后依附任务栏的，不需要的可以去掉。
2.3 隐藏标题栏可拖动
