现象
无法设置 PIN，启动 Credential Manager 服务提示 "6801 指定资源管理器中的事物支持未启动或已关闭"，尝试安装更新补丁后，设置 PIN 提示错误码 “0x80071A91”
解决方案
- Right click Start and select Command Prompt (Admin) ,
- In the Command Prompt window, type the following command, and press Enter:
fsutil resource setautoreset true C:\
Note: These steps assume that Windows is installed in the default location, on drive C. If this is not the case, adjust the drive letter of the folder path to match your configuration.
3. Restart your computer, and then attempt to install the failed updates.
