vscode 源代码控制器里一直有 5K+的修改

解决办法：

查看你的源代码指向的库是哪个？是不是你当前项目？

如果不是的，就初始化一下存储库

经过以上两步你会发现你的仓库就成了现在项目自己的仓库。

仓库一致，但是依旧有 5K+ 修改量，就给项目添加 .gitignore 文件。
