在断网情况下复制别人仓库启动项目

1.安装maven，修改settings，主要修改localRepository指向的maven仓库地址，以及mirror里面的url地址。（只需要如下配置即可，其余配置全部注释掉）

d:\maven-repository central central file://d:\maven-repository *

2.在IDEA中配置 maven的settings和本地仓库，即可运行项目
