【水果识别】基于matalb GUI灰度、二值化、滤波水果分级【含Matlab源码 175期】

一、简介

如今,果农为了保证水果销售利益最优化,会根据水果品相、大小分为不同等级,以此进行包装出售。传统的人工以目测检测为主,效率较为低下,人为误测大,不能够很好地评价水果质量。
该博客基于matalb GUI界面的水果分级系统,该系统适用范围以圆形水果为准,比如橘子,龙眼等,以统计水果的直径、色泽等多参数进行评价。该系统带一个GUI界面,通过设置直径与色泽,测试水果的这些参数,从而得出该水果所属的等级。
