2021年06月02日几处bug

1、collectionCell的宽度优先级，低于他的子view，所以，如果你的自view，拉伸或者缩小，collectionCell会被影响，此时，sizeForItem的代理会失效；

2、调用

    open func insertSubview(_ view: UIView, belowSubview siblingSubview: UIView)

的时候,belowSubiew,不可以是subview的subview，如果是这样，就只有add的效果。
