Yesterday I finished the code fixing for github issue 8658(eighty six fifty eight). This issue is simple, just rename CustomEncoder to a new name HttpParamsURIEncoder,relocate it to util folder and export it to public API. After I perform git commit, there are some errors reported by our CI infrastructure and I fixed them accordingly. Today I will continue to learn from Kacper about how to merge my bug fix branch into the develop branch and some other followups. I still have lots of doubt about spatacus unit test and would like to discuss with Kacper offline.
