Log on to your gateway system, use tcode /UI2/CACHE_DEL:
first execute in test mode to check the current cache status:
this transaction will clear the cache for all USERS in ALL clients.
if you would like to only clear cache of specific user, use tcode /UI2/CACHE_DEL:
