Item description change will trigger ORDERADM_H update function call

Make changes on item description:

we can find the header update function module is still called - one update record for header:

there are two different fields in header structure: CHANGED_AT and HEAD_CHANGED_AT:

head SAVE_OB and item SAVE_OB will be called in CRM_ORDER_SAVE:
