After I add the missing relationship:
And suppress the duplicate product save call in subroutine create_father_structure
And use relationship save instead:
CALL FUNCTION 'COM_IL_API_SAVE'
EXPORTING
iv_no_upd_task = abap_true.
Then the hierarchy download works this time:
