when you change a configuration in the development system, it is stored as standard.
When you edit and change the configuration in a test system (or in customer systems) it is stored as “Customer”.
If a customer configuration exists it is always used and often ignores other keys (object subtype, …), especially when not all configuration keys are specified. This can lead to troubles. Solution is to define customer configurations also for other object subtypes, or to delete the custom configuration. Just press delete, you can’t delete the delivered configuration in a test system.
