在SPRO customizing里检查IC_AGENT role的设置:
该Business role对应的Inbox profile为DEFAULT - 2:
框架首先会试图取当前business role维护的function profile INBOX_TOOLBAR的value:
如果当前的role没有维护该function profile, 则默认取profile DEFAULT-IC下维护的buttons集合:
