该tcode可以给每个Scenario 设置是否enable buffer的功能：
这里能找到Distribution chain对应的check function module：
UI上的attribute：
可直接通过table HRV1222A查询该distribution chain的attribute value：
index table：
如果发现index table和HRV1222A不一致，手动执行report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE 更新 buffer
